    1. Alia Musica Pittsburgh
As Artistic Director I have conducted over 40 premieres by Pittsburgh-related composers. Most recently I premiered David Lidov's Kierkegaard's Pantoum with soprano Desiree Soteres.
    2. East Liberty Community Engagement Orchestra
I am Music Director of ELCEO, the children-and-parents orchestra at the Hope Academy of Music and the Arts. Our performances have included arrangements of Khatchaturian's Sabre Dance, the first movement of Haydn's Piano Concerto in C (with my piano student Angelina Winbush), selections from Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker, and my own Variations on themes from Harry Potter.
Currently we are working on Messiaen's Turangalîla Symphony, Holst's Mars, and Dvorák's Humoresque (concerts on 3-31-12 and 4-14-12).
    3. Ripieno
Created by Deidre Huckabay, Ensemble Ripieno is a coop orchestra, whose members rotate as soloists in concerti with Mozart-size orchestra. It stemmed from the orchestra of Deidre's friends that accompanied her performance of Mozart's Flute Concerto in G in April 2011.
The official debut of Ripieno took place on October 30 at Chatham University. An all-Mozart program: Horn Concerto in E-flat (No. 2; Jena Gardner, horn), Sinfonia Concertante (Juan Jaramillo, violin, Matt Pickart, viola), Piano Concerto in A (No. 23; Henry Wong Doe, guest soloist), and the Minuet from the Divertimento in c.
