The bar and percentage figure that accompany them reflects how 'finished' the packages are. They are in general reliable enough. The incompleteness represented by the percentage is rather about features that should (and soon will, I promise) be added for the package to feel really complete.

Two things are missing from this list: the package for Autobridge and TeXmuse for musical typesetting. Both of them are not yet 'packages,' but still 'projects.'
